4011 Consulting is owned and operated by Jeff Murphy.  Jeff has over 35 years of experience in marketing and sales in the animal nutrition and health industries.  Jeff spent 24 years with Kemin Industries in Des Moines, Iowa where he held a variety of sales and marketing positions including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, President of Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health North America and Senior Vice President of the Commercial Division.  Prior to joining Kemin, Jeff spent time at Bioproducts, Inc., ADM, Feed Specialties Company and Land O’ Lakes, Inc.  During his career Jeff has honed his skills in all aspects of marketing and sales through real-time developing, implementation and coaching experiences.
